Develop Your Organization Through Growth Levers: A personal, structural or interpersonal pattern that acts as a lever can be so pivotal to success; the resulting shift can cascade into improvement on many fronts that will affect growth and organizational well-being indefinitely. Executive and Board Retreats: Based on interviews and assessment results, our team designs a Retreat to your needs. Every session of the retreat program is directed to your goals and designed to build vision, teamwork, and a unified culture. The off site Retreat is a creative and supportive experience that builds group cohesion, clarifies roles and responsibilities, establishes even greater support for the leadership within the group, and resolves key issues.

Teambuilding and Workshops: NRG holds workshops and seminars specifically designed for your needs. We custom design our programs to meet the unique challenges and opportunities. The Skill Enhancement Seminars include detailed training booklets for all participants. The seminars are energetic, engaging, experiential, and fun. A high level of information, skills, tips, and techniques are included. Most importantly, we work with developing skills on a deep personal level that insures lasting change. Visioning and Strategic Planning is a collaborative process that involves assessment, development and implementation phases. Staff, leadership and board members help us gather the internal and external stakeholder input critical to an honest assessment of strengths and weaknesses, and existing/new opportunities. This will include: positioning your organization in the market and community, establishment or revitalization of an existing mission that becomes a dynamic, exciting focus for the organization.
Leadership Development: We coach executives and rising stars to further develop their talents and skills on both a professional and personal level, while addressing weaknesses that have been holding them from their best contributions to the organization. NRG designs a personalized coaching program from interviews with, offering one-on-one support. This guidance can be practical: coaching skills, interpersonal skills, meetings management; or personal skills: building self-esteem, defusing stress, or conflict resolution.
Tele Conference Programs: Our offering includes a way to up-level the performance of a large group. Important topics such as teambuilding, engaging community support, and others will be compiled in one hour trainings dedicated to organizational development. The program will be recorded and available online.
